Outside The Rules

You may be eligible to apply Outside the Rules if you do not meet any of the immigration category based on your personal circumstances. Leave can be given based on yours and your family’s/close friends’ rights under the Human Rights conventions (private life, family life etc.), discretionary leave (such as medical cases), victim of human trafficking or even survivors of the Grenfell Tower, or other compassionate grounds.
